1First 5 Minutes: Starter Mine Basics
When you first spawn, you'll have a Wooden Pickaxe with 10 damage. Here's what to do immediately:
- Redeem all active codes - Check our Codes page for free coins and boosts
- Mine the small gray rocks - These break in 1-2 hits and give quick coins
- Ignore copper veins for now - They take too long with starter damage
- Collect coins until you hit 500 - This is your first milestone

2Minutes 5-15: Your First Pet
This is the most important decision in early game. Many new players make the mistake of saving for a better pickaxe first. Don't do this!
At 500 coins, buy your first Basic Egg. Even a Common pet with a 1.1x multiplier will boost ALL your future earnings by 10%. This compounds over time.

3Minutes 15-30: The Upgrade Loop
Now you have a pet, it's time to start the upgrade loop. Follow this simple rule:
Only upgrade if: Upgrade Cost < 5 minutes of farming
Here's the upgrade order:
- Stone Pickaxe (500 coins) - Buy immediately after your first pet
- Second pet egg - If you get lucky with a Rare, your multiplier jumps significantly
- Iron Pickaxe (5,000 coins) - This is when copper veins become efficient

4Minutes 30-45: Copper Vein Farming
With an Iron Pickaxe (100 damage) and at least one pet, you can now efficiently farm Copper Veins. These give significantly more coins per hit.
- Position yourself between 2-3 copper veins
- Mine in a rotation pattern so they respawn by the time you return
- Keep buying eggs whenever you can afford them
5Minutes 45-60: Push to Desert
The Desert World requires 25,000 coins to unlock. By now, with 2-3 pets and an Iron or Gold pickaxe, you should be earning 500-1000 coins per minute.
Final push checklist:
- ✅ At least 2 pets equipped
- ✅ Iron Pickaxe or better
- ✅ 25,000 coins saved
